eUSF - The Administration Portal

The eUSF Portal is a single-sign on portal that allows our employees access to GEMS, FAST, OASIS all in one click!  The portal also provides virtual workspaces for departments and individual workgroups to share and collaborate on various projects.  You will need your domain and User ID to logon. myUSF -  For Students & Faculty

myUSF (Blackboard) is a collection of online servicse provided via the web single-sign on portal, and includes automatic electronic course space for every section of class, customized distribution of licensed software, as well as real-time information regarding available seats in our Open Use Computer Labs.  Email can also be accessed from myUSF.  You will need your NetID to login. 

OASIS - Online Access Student Information System

OASIS supports the full range of functions necessary for student administration up to and including: the creation of catalogs, admissions, scheduling classes, academic history, and much more!

GEMS - Global EMployment System

GEMS is the management system for USF's personnel and payroll activities, and is the primary source of information on positions, appointment information, payroll registers, and budget summaries.  GEMS Self-Service is used to request leave. 

FAST! - Financial Accounting System

All financial transactions are recorded in FAST, inlcuding asset management, accounts payable, billing, Pcards, Purchasing, and travel!

Data Warehouse

The Data Warehouse is a database to build reports which has an easier-to-report-from structure than the production databases.
