MyUSF is the new single-sign on portal that allows students, faculty, and staff to access Blackboard, GEMS, FAST, OASIS all in one click! The portal also provides virtual workspaces for departments and individual workgroups to share and collaborate on various projects. Students and faculty are able to access Blackboard via the portal which is a collection of online services and includes automatic electronic course space for every section of class, customized distribution of licensed software, as well as real-time information regarding available seats in our Open Use Computer Labs. Email can also be accessed from myUSF. You will need your NetID to login.
OASIS supports the full range of functions necessary for student administration up to and including: the creation of catalogs, admissions, scheduling classes, academic history, and much more!
GEMS is the management system for the University of South Florida’s personnel and payroll activities, and is the primary source of information on positions, appointment information, payroll registers, and budget summaries. GEMS Self Service allows USF employees to review and, where appropriate, add, update, or delete their information online.
FAST is the financial administration management system for financial transactions at the University of South Florida. All financial transactions are recorded in this system and includes but is not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Management, Billing, Pcards, Purchasing, Grant Management, Cash Management, Contracts, Commitment Control and Travel.
The Data Warehouse is a database to build reports which has an easier-to-report-from structure than the production databases.
