The USFCard is necessary for you to get a NetID which you will need in order to access USF's Portal and Blackboard classes. Distance learning students can also use their USFCard to check out materials from the USF Library; to gain entry to USF athletic events and campus recreation facilities; to gain student discounts to movie theaters and restaurants; and much more. Only you can use your USFCard. Use of the USFCard by anyone other than the person to whom it was issued is strictly prohibited. The cardholder is subject to disciplinary actions or other penalties for improper use of the card.
The cost for your first USFCard is $10 and any replacement cards are $15 each.
No - if the card will not hold re-encoding, the photo is fading, the card front and back have come apart, the name and number are fading, or if the lamination is peeling off. Please see this chart.
Lost cards should be reported to the USFCard Center immediately. Return found cards to the USFCard Center, located at MSC 1505. The cardholder is responsible for paying for a lost card.
The USFCard Center Tampa Campus can produce passport photographs at a cost of $8.00 for two two-by-two-inch photos. |
