Standard:  Network Printers

Definition:  The University completed an ITN process for network printers in August 2009.  The purpose of this was to choose the printers that best meet the University’s needs, while at the same time lowering the overall total cost of ownership of the devices.  The evaluation criteria used for the ITN was as follows:

• Pricing and Purchasing Options        50%
• Maintenance Options                            20%
• Additional Evaluation Criteria              30% 

  (e.g. Extra Incentives, Sustainability, Resale Agreements, References, etc.)
