Standard:  Copiers
Definition:  The University completed an ITN process for copiers in August 2009.  The purpose of this was to choose the copiers that best meet the University’s needs, while at the same time lowering the overall total cost of ownership of the devices.  USF awarded the ITN to three vendors.  This was done to give users a broad array of products to choose from that meet the minimum standards described in the ITN.  The evaluation criteria used for the ITN was as follows:

• Pricing and Purchasing Options             50%
• Maintenance Options                                20%
• Additional Evaluation Criteria                  30%

(e.g. Extra Incentives, Sustainability, Resale Agreements, References, etc.)

Vendors:   Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox
