For Faculty & Staff: The USF Computer Store is pleased to announce a payroll deduction option for eligible USF employees for computer equipment, printers, software and accessories purchased through the store. Here, you will find the major PC vendors at specially negotiated pricing. As of August 1st, 2008 all technology purchases (including hardware, software, and communication devices) for departments will be made through the USF Computer Store. You can choose three payment terms: 6 months, 12 months, or 18 months, with a one time service charge of 5%, 7.5%, or 10% respectively. The one time service charge will be calculated on just the cost of the equipment, and not on sales tax or delivery charges. At the time of purchase, you will not be required to make any down payment. The entire amount of your purchase can be paid through payroll deduction, including sales tax, delivery charges, and the one time service charge. To be eligible for payroll deduction you must be on a Faculty, USPS, or A&P line position. You must also not be on probation, and the line you are on must not be a temporary or emergency line. To make a purchase on payroll deduction, please come to the USF Computer Store with your staff ID. You will be required to fill out a short one page form. Payroll deduction purchases can only be made at the store Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. The USF Computer Store is located in the new Marshall Center!
